The Alpha Series 3-inch printers are available in four models, the Alpha-3R Alpha-30R, Alpha-30L and Alpha-30LHC mobile printers. These are comfortable, lightweight capable of printing labels on demand, and built for durability and can withstand multiple drops and keep printing. Unlock the power of greater visibility into real-time data on the health and performance of your Alpha-30L and Alpha-30R printer with included remote printer management software.
The Alpha-30L creates labels up to 80 mm wide with a maximum print speed of 127 mm/sec. at a resolution of 203 dpi. Its rubber-encased plastic housing is IP54-certified for dust and water protection and easily withstands multiple drops from up to 1.8 m in accordance with MIL-STD-810G standards. With the optional protective cover, the drop protection even increases to up to 2.5 m. For smooth printing, the Alpha-30L is equipped with a 3,030 mAh lithium-ion battery, 32-bit RISC CPU, 128 MB SDRAM and 128 MB flash. It is also optionally available with 256 MB SDRAM and 512 MB flash. Easy handling is provided by seven control buttons, a clear 2.3″ colour LCD and various sensors for status monitoring. Interfaces include USB-C 2.0 for communication purposes, NFC and optionally MFi Bluetooth 5.0 or Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11ac.

With the Apple-certified MFi Bluetooth® 5.0 connection and 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi fast roaming features, the Alpha-30R and Alpha-30L not only provides reliable and seamless communication with users’ devices, but it also securely prints labels wherever they are needed.
The Alpha-30R and Alpha-30L Near Field Communication (NFC) makes it simple to connect to the printer directly from a NFC-enabled mobile device, so you can print or scan using any number of applications without having to connect to a network or enter any login credentials.
Ease of Management
The TSC Alpha-30R and Alpha-30L feature a smart battery management system. The smart batteries within the mobile printer can report the state of battery capacity, charge, and history of charge cycles.
The new mobile printers have compatibility with SOTI Connect and TSC Console remote printer management for greater visibility into real-time data on the health and performance of the devices.
