The printer comes with Two year TSC warranty (**excluding the printhead) . This warranty is on the basis that the customer returns the thermal printer (at their cost) to Lotus Labels or TSC directly
**The two year TSC warranty excludes the printhead as the printhead is classed as a consumable.
