Account Customers Only:
The Company reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 5% per annum on overdue accounts. Our credit terms are 30 days from the date of invoice as printed on your invoice. 

Credit accounts are only given to Customers once they have applied for and the necessary references have been taken up and approved then our terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date, however items under £100 exc. Vat are still required to be paid for on order as this is considered a small value item transaction. 

All Export Orders:
Require payment by credit/debit card, Paypal or an electronic transfer of funds to our Bank account before goods are dispatched.

Stock availability:
Is at time of quotation and may change without notice due to stock movement.

UK Carriage/Delivery:
All orders under £100.00 excluding Vat will be subject to carriage costs.

All goods will be dispatched on a 24 hour carrier Monday to Friday only unless agreed otherwise.

Special Deliveries: Same day, Next day timed deliveries including Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost -  Please call or email for a quotation.

Export orders: - We are happy to ship to most countries but will require full cleared payment for goods and carriage costs before dispatch. Please call or email for a quotation.

All prices exclude vat.

Shortages or Errors:
All goods must be immediately examined when received.

Any shortages, errors or ‘dead on arrival’ products must be noted and LOTUS LABELS informed in writing within two working days of receipt.

Label quantities are based on average numbers per roll and may not be absolute.

Agreed Sale or return goods are supplied against payment with order and return of goods for credit within 10 working days.
Returned items must be returned in fully saleable condition complete with all packaging in saleable condition. Cables must not be cut, terminated or soldered.

Warranty:
Equipment is supported by the manufacturers return to base warranty unless otherwise stipulated in our quotation or acknowledgement. Power supplies are not warranted against over voltage inputs or electrical noise. All equipment must be maintained within acceptable levels of preventive maintenance with regular service being recorded and available for inspection, our assessment will be final. All equipment must be used within specification and instruction contained within operational documentation. No responsibility is accepted for consequential damage or loss associated with the installation or use of the equipment described in the above quotation

On Site Warranty:
Service support contracts are available, call for details.

Order Cancellations:
Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven working days of placing the order or receiving the goods (whichever is the longer). Order cancellations must be provided in writing, by fax or e-mail.

If the goods have been dispatched by LOTUS LABELS before the order is cancelled, the goods and any product packaging must be returned at the customer's expense in good condition (i.e. so they can be re-sold as new).

Products that have been specially produced cannot be returned, e.g. labels.

If any costs have been incurred before cancellation then these must be paid for by the customer, e.g. Print plates, proofs, etc.

Provided the above conditions are met LOTUS LABELS will provide a refund or credit note, less 10% of the transaction excluding the original carriage cost within thirty working days.

The above refund policy is at the discretion of LOTUS LABELS.

Cancellations and Re-Stocking after 7 Working days:
If the customer wishes to return goods after 7 working days of receipt, a 20% re-stocking charge of the total value of the item being returned will be incurred, excluding the original carriage cost. The goods and any product packaging must be returned at the customer's expense in new condition (i.e. so they can be re-sold as new).
